Service is beyond amazing!! I had been searching for a great delivery cake service in Miami since I live in Houston and I had been searching for a whole week and couldn’t find one! So the day of I contacted The Office Cake and Eddy took my order! I told him exactly what I needed and tadaaaa! Within 2 hours my delivery was delivered to the love of my life by 9:30am which I thought it would be later since I placed the order last minute! I’m beyond happy and satisfied ! So The office Cake will be my #1 delivery in Miami!! Thank you so much Eddie!!

For our abuelo's 90th Birthday we ordered a photo gold diamond cake that had the family crest from Spain on top. The cake came out amazing and it was delicious! Let me start off by saying the website is pretty easy to use and they make cakes on really short notice and deliver anywhere so that’s a big plus. The Cake was delivered during the time they said it would be, the icing when it arrived was in good condition, however I wasn’t impressed with the way the design looked. I uploaded a picture to be placed on the cake and I feel like it was rushed because it looks as if though they copy and pasted the image onto the cake. It’s just a block-looking picture placed on the center. I feel like if I had more time I could’ve done this myself and saved the $50.

I am from Michigan and was taking a vacation with my Fiancé to the Miami Key Biscayne for his birthday. I googled the top cake deliveries in the area. Most places wouldn't deliver to the island we were staying on but the office cake did. I ordered the pilot cake which is pictured on their website under children's cakes. The reason being my fiancé has his pilot license and loves to fly planes. The cake was supposed to be delivered by 4pm and after 4 I got worried that I might have gotten scammed. I called the company and they had some issues with the delivery driver getting to my location and another that was pretty far out. Overall, I have never received such customer satisfaction. The cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing. If you are in the area and need a beautiful cake or would like one delivered, this is definitely the place to order from. I was extremely pleased. The Office Cake is an AMAZING concept that is the brainchild of Sarah Paz Claro. If the name sounds familiar, it's because she's the daughter of Ana Paz, Miami's premier cake designer. The apple didn't fall far from this tree! Sarah delivers consistent quality and incredible service. Her cakes are fresh and delicious! The concept is sooo cool !! Instead of sending flowers that wilt after a day, send a freshly baked cake and surprise someone with a custom creation that will make a lasting impression. I've surprised friends with a cake and they have loved it!! Sarah happens to be a wonderful, giving person too. She and her husband donate cakes to children in orphanages and foster care and provide birthday cakes to children who often have never had one. Sarah delivers consistent high quality with personalized service. She always speaks to her customers and then puts her creative genius to work customizing a special cake. A++++ on excellent customer service, honesty, integrity and most importantly DELICIOUS cakes...
