I have been to Fran’s chocolates both times upon visiting Seattle and I loved it both times I’ve gone! Fran’s Chocolates sells some of the highest quality and delicious chocolates I’ve ever had! The service upon entering is so friendly and helpful. They let you browse to your liking and are there to answer any questions you may have. I wish there was a Fran’s closer to home! Definitely get the salted caramel!

These chocolates are to die for! They aren't just beautifully wrapped they taste sooo good. I bought a small assorted gift box with the sea salt caramels and the truffles and I'm kicking myself for not buying 3 boxes! The ladies working there were very helpful and let me try a couple of different chocolates to help me choose my assortment, but I was so full and sick of sweet stuff from an afternoon tea I didn't realize how delicious they were until I got home. Definitely worth a stop for some gifts or just a personal treat to yourself. The packaging is beautiful and will work well as a gift for any occasion.

Pricing was odd, it was cheaper to get by the piece at $2.75 than a box of 5 @ $18 ish. The 5-7 only allows for 7 pieces of caramel instead of individuals.

I got the Coconut, Coffee Nib, Raspberry, Orange, Pure White, and Oolong Tea. They are all subtle flavors under the dark chocolate. Good quality and powerful little cups. Would only come again as a splurge.

Fantastic locally-made chocolates. You can get their classic salted caramels in almost every grocery store, but it’s fun to visit their storefront and build your own box to include truffles you can’t get elsewhere, including some seasonal selections. Very friendly staff too. A local gem.

Horrible customer service. Being an employee at an establishment doesn’t make you of higher class or better than anyone. Maybe someone remind the employees know their jobs is customer service, not to have a horrible attitude with paying customers.
Watched them treat other guest kindly, refused to give my 4 year old a sample acted as if he was not there, and proceeded to watch the man give a younger child a sample and engage with the family. The family did not even purchase anything and was treated better. Has I not ordered already I would not have purchased anything after realizing the way we were being treated.
Ordered three drinks, and purchased chocolate. They were fine for what they were. Would not return purely based off of the horrible customer service. If I’m going to pay 50 dollars for three drinks and chocolate I expect to be treated minimally with respect and the same as others around me.

Big WOW! Wonderful. Delicious and delicate. Chocolates of all shapes and sizes. Chocolate covered pumpkin seeds- amazing. Nice crunch and a subtle, flavorful dark cacao. Deep, rich truffle. Creamy and fulfilling. Excellent people who are knowledgeable, filled with enthusiasms and enjoyments for chocolate and human beings. No doubt we will be shopping here again. Lovely store on a Big Money block of downtown Seattle.
